To obtain invitation letter to participate in ICME 2019, please complete registration procedure here.

If you need invitation letter for visa processing, please indicate so in the registration website above. An email including the download link of visa letter will be sent to you if you request the letter during registration and pays the balance in full. Please check the spams, if the email is not in your inbox.

Our invitation letter does not automatically warrant a visa. You are suggested to start your visa application as early as possible to avoid unexpected delays.
